Payment Information

RealDildos works with secure third-party payment providers to process online transactions. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, selected currency, order value and payment provider.

The payment options currently available to you will be displayed during checkout.

Available Payment Methods

Depending on your location and order details, checkout may offer one or more of the following:

  • Credit or debit card

  • Digital wallet

  • Online payment service

  • Local payment method

  • Other options displayed at checkout

A payment method is only available when it appears on the checkout page. RealDildos cannot guarantee that every payment option will be offered in every country or for every order.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment providers. RealDildos does not directly store your complete payment card number or security code.

Payment providers may use security checks, transaction monitoring and identity verification to protect customers and reduce unauthorized transactions.

Never send complete card details, passwords or payment security codes by email.

Payment Currency

Product prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on the selected country or region.

The final currency and amount will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. If your card or bank account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply:

  • Currency conversion

  • Exchange-rate adjustments

  • International transaction fees

  • Other processing charges

These charges are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled by RealDildos.

When Will I Be Charged?

Payment is normally authorized or collected when the order is placed.

In some cases, a bank may display a transaction as pending before the payment has been fully completed. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge.

If an order is canceled or payment fails, the bank may take several business days to remove a pending authorization. The exact timing depends on the bank or payment provider.

Payment Confirmation

After a successful purchase, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address entered at checkout.

If you do not receive an order confirmation:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Confirm that the email address was entered correctly.

  3. Check whether the payment is pending, completed or declined.

  4. Contact service@realdildos.com if you need assistance.

Do not place another order immediately unless you are certain that the first payment failed. This helps prevent duplicate orders and duplicate charges.

Why Was My Payment Declined?

A payment may be declined for several reasons, including:

  • Incorrect card number or security code

  • Incorrect billing address

  • Insufficient funds

  • Card expiration

  • Bank security restrictions

  • International transaction restrictions

  • Online purchase restrictions

  • Payment provider risk checks

  • A temporary bank or network issue

RealDildos may not receive the specific reason for a declined payment.

Check the entered information and contact your bank or payment provider if the problem continues. You may also try another payment option if one is available at checkout.

Billing Address

Enter the billing address associated with your payment method. A mismatch between the billing information and the records held by your bank may cause the transaction to be declined or delayed.

The billing address does not need to be the same as the shipping address unless required by the payment provider.

Billing Statement Description

The description shown on your bank or payment statement may depend on the payment processor and payment method used.

Review the payment details shown during checkout. If you do not recognize a transaction, contact us with the order date, amount and the email address that may have been used.

For security reasons, do not send us your complete card number.

Payment Verification

Some transactions may require additional verification before an order can be processed.

We may contact you to confirm:

  • Customer name

  • Order information

  • Billing information

  • Shipping information

  • Payment authorization

We will never ask you to send a complete card number, card security code or online banking password by email.

Failure to complete a required verification may delay the order or result in cancellation and refund.

High-Value or Unusual Orders

Large orders, multiple payment attempts, significant address changes or other unusual transaction activity may require additional review.

This review helps protect customers against unauthorized use of their payment information. Processing may be temporarily delayed while verification is completed.

Duplicate or Multiple Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once, first check whether the transactions are:

  • Completed charges

  • Pending authorizations

  • Charges from separate orders

  • Charges for separately processed payments

Multiple unsuccessful payment attempts may create temporary pending authorizations. These usually disappear according to the bank’s processing schedule.

If you placed duplicate orders, contact us immediately and provide all relevant order numbers.

Payment Taken but No Order Confirmation

If payment appears to have been taken but you did not receive an order confirmation, do not submit another payment immediately.

Contact us and provide:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used during checkout

  • Approximate order date and time

  • Payment amount

  • Last four digits of the card, when applicable

  • Payment transaction reference, when available

Do not provide your full card number or security code.

We will check whether an order was successfully created.

Changes to an Existing Order

If you change a product, size or color before processing, a price difference may apply.

When the replacement item costs more, additional payment may be required. When it costs less, an eligible difference may be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the order.

After a refund has been processed, it may take several business days to appear. The exact timing depends on the bank, card issuer, currency and payment provider.

RealDildos cannot send a card refund to a different card, bank account or payment method unless required by the payment provider or applicable law.

Taxes, Duties and Additional Charges

The amount displayed at checkout covers the products, applicable checkout taxes and shipping charges shown with the order.

International orders may also be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.

Currency conversion and international transaction fees charged by a bank are separate from customs duties and are not collected by RealDildos.

Payment Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a problem with a payment, contact us before opening a payment dispute whenever possible.

Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue. This gives our customer service team an opportunity to locate the transaction and assist you.

Submitting a payment dispute does not automatically cancel an order that has already been shipped.

Protecting Your Payment Information

To help protect your account and payment information:

  • Place orders only through the official RealDildos website.

  • Do not send complete card information by email.

  • Do not share payment passwords or verification codes.

  • Use a secure internet connection when checking out.

  • Confirm that your contact information is accurate.

  • Contact your bank promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

RealDildos will not ask for your online banking password or complete payment security credentials.
