Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin preparing orders as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. If you need to cancel an order or change its details, contact us immediately.

We will make a reasonable effort to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation

Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used to place the order

  • The full name on the order

  • The requested change

  • The reason for cancellation, when applicable

Submitting a request does not automatically cancel or modify an order. Your request is only confirmed after you receive a response from our customer service team.

Order Cancellation

An order may be eligible for cancellation if it has not entered processing and has not been shipped.

Once an order has been packed, transferred to a fulfillment facility, assigned to a carrier or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, but some orders may enter processing sooner. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel.

Do not rely on sending multiple emails or messages to stop an order. Wait for written confirmation from our customer service team.

Changing a Product, Size or Color

If you selected the wrong product, size, color or option, contact us immediately.

When possible, we may update the order before processing. If the replacement item has a different price:

  • You may be asked to pay the difference if the new item costs more.

  • The difference may be refunded if the new item costs less.

  • The requested option may not be available.

  • Processing time may restart after the change is confirmed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, products and variants generally cannot be exchanged before delivery. Any return eligibility will then be determined according to our Refund Policy.

Changing the Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately and provide:

  • Order number

  • Original shipping address

  • Correct shipping address

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Telephone number when required for delivery

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible after processing has started.

For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your order information before approving a significant address change.

Address Changes After Shipment

Once a package has been shipped, RealDildos may not be able to change its destination.

You may contact the carrier to ask whether a delivery change, hold or pickup option is available. Carrier services vary by destination and may involve additional charges.

RealDildos is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an address error, additional shipping fees may be required before it can be sent again.

Changing Contact Information

If you entered an incorrect email address or telephone number, contact us promptly.

Updating contact information does not necessarily update the delivery address. Clearly state every detail that needs to be corrected.

An incorrect email address may prevent you from receiving order confirmation, tracking information or customer service updates.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, contact us immediately with all relevant order numbers.

We will review the orders and try to cancel the duplicate before processing. Duplicate orders that have already been processed or shipped may need to be handled according to our Refund Policy.

Adding Products to an Existing Order

We may not be able to add products to an order after checkout.

If you want to purchase an additional item, you may need to place a separate order. Separate orders may be processed and shipped independently, and shipping fees cannot always be combined or refunded.

Contact us before placing the additional order if you want to ask whether combined shipping is possible.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

Products within the same order may be processed or shipped separately due to product availability, package size or fulfillment location.

Receiving one shipping confirmation or one package does not necessarily mean that the remaining items were canceled. Check all tracking numbers and contact us if you need clarification.

Cancellation After Shipment

An order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a package is not considered an approved cancellation. Packages returned because they were refused, unclaimed or undeliverable may be subject to:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Carrier handling fees

  • Customs or import charges

  • Reshipping costs

Applicable costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Contact us before refusing a delivery so we can advise you about the available options.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is approved, the refund will normally be issued to the original payment method.

After we process the refund, the time required for it to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. Processing times may vary by payment method, currency and country.

Shipping fees, payment processing fees or other charges will only be refunded when applicable under our Refund Policy or required by law.

Orders Flagged for Verification

Some orders may require additional verification before processing. We may contact you to confirm order, payment or delivery information.

Failure to provide requested information may delay the order or result in cancellation and refund.

Verification is intended to protect customers and reduce unauthorized transactions.

Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

If a purchased item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may contact you to offer:

  • A replacement option

  • A different size or color

  • A partial shipment

  • A refund for the unavailable item

  • Cancellation of the affected order

We will not substitute a product without your approval when the replacement materially differs from the original selection.

Price Changes and Discount Codes

Discount codes must normally be entered during checkout. We cannot guarantee that a discount can be applied after an order has been placed.

If a product price changes after purchase, the original order price generally remains applicable. Temporary sales, promotions and discount codes cannot always be applied retroactively.

Payment Disputes

If you do not recognize a charge or believe there is a problem with your order, contact us first at service@realdildos.com.

Providing your order number and a description of the issue allows us to review the transaction and offer the appropriate assistance.
