What types of products does RealDildos offer?

RealDildos offers a broad selection of dildos from multiple brands, along with distinctive independent designs. Our collection includes realistic, fantasy, soft, large, uncut, vibrating, automatic, suction cup and specialty options in different sizes, shapes, materials and colors.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the total length, insertable length, diameter or circumference, and weight listed on the product page. These measurements describe different parts of the product, so review them carefully before ordering.

If you are unsure, start with a smaller or more moderately sized option. Product photos can make an item appear smaller or larger than it is, so always rely on the listed measurements.

What is the difference between diameter and circumference?

Diameter is the width measured straight across the product. Circumference, also called girth, is the measurement around the product.

If only the diameter is provided, the approximate circumference can be calculated by multiplying the diameter by 3.14.

Are all products made of silicone?

No. Because we carry products from multiple brands and suppliers, materials vary by item. Depending on the product, materials may include silicone, TPE, TPR, PVC, ABS, glass, metal or a combination of materials.

Are all products sold under the RealDildos brand?

No. RealDildos is a specialty online retailer offering products from multiple brands as well as independent designs. The applicable brand or vendor may be displayed on the product page when available.

Will the product color look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to display colors accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, production batches and material differences.

For products with handmade coloring, marbling or gradients, each item may have minor variations.

Product Care

How should I clean my product?

Always follow the care instructions provided with the individual product. For most non-motorized products, clean the surface before and after use with warm water and a mild, unscented soap or a cleaner suitable for the product’s material.

Do not boil, soak or place a product in a dishwasher unless the manufacturer specifically confirms that the material and construction are suitable for that method.

How should I store my product?

Make sure the product is completely clean and dry before storage. Store it separately in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme heat and sharp objects.

Some soft materials may react when stored in direct contact with other products. Using separate storage bags can help prevent material damage and color transfer.

What should I do if a product becomes damaged?

Stop using a product if it develops cracks, tears, peeling, unusual stickiness, persistent odor, exposed internal components or other visible damage. Contact our customer service team if the issue may be related to a recently received order.

Ordering and Payment

How can I pay for my order?

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency and order value. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact service@realdildos.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will try to assist before the order enters processing or is shipped, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has been prepared.

Once a package has been dispatched, the shipping address and product selection generally cannot be changed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing has started.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping and Privacy

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain packaging without product names or adult-related descriptions displayed on the outside.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number after dispatch. You can also use the Track Your Order page.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the carrier receives the package.

Why did I receive more than one tracking number?

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages due to product availability, size or fulfillment location. Separate packages may arrive on different days.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes or other fees determined by the destination country. When applicable, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for confirming that ordered products can be legally imported into their country or region.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

First check the latest tracking information. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact service@realdildos.com with your order number.

International packages may experience delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, holidays, weather or local delivery conditions.

What if tracking says “Delivered,” but I cannot find the package?

Check the delivery location, mailbox, household members, neighbors and any safe place where the carrier may have left it. You should also contact the carrier or local post office for delivery details.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking information.

Returns and Order Issues

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and our Refund Policy. Opened, used or unsealed products may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Contact us before returning anything. Packages sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item?

Contact service@realdildos.com promptly and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging when applicable

Keep the item and its original packaging while the case is being reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund or another appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy.

How will an approved refund be issued?

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs and other applicable charges may not be refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
